THE GOAL OF SPOQ
The main objective of SPOQ is to ensure quality in treatment and to ensure that those with any of these disorders release unnecessary residual problems after the condition has been treated. This applies to both the problems that may arise during the upbringing and those that may come later in life. For example, problems may be encountered during treatment, during or after surgery, residual malformations in the joints and skeletal system, remaining adult problems that cause permanent disability or perhaps further surgery and impairment.
Another goal is to ensure a consistent and good quality of care across the country. With SPOQ, efforts and results of treatments at different locations in the country can be compared.
